Gordon Salon has been serving Chicagoland’s hair-care needs for over twenty five years. The family owned business was having trouble keeping up with the demands of their growing business, so they called Vox Foundry for support. Since beginning our partnership, we have worked closely with the internal CMO to rebrand the salon, re-launch a new website, maintain a consistent multi-approach email marketing strategy, and leverage social media to publicize monthly promotions. Gordon Salon has seen growth in overall bookings, higher email open rates, and a streamlined online booking process. Their business is growing faster than the hair they cut!
